Our staff have over three years of video (over one hundred hours) footage related to the game of basketball. The video includes young boys and girls league play, women, men, (35) basketball games of the over 40 men league, various Basketball Hall of Fame induction footage including Larry Bird and Magic Johnson and high school games. The footage contains questions about the game, the fact that they live in the city where basket was born and footage of games being played in different places throughout the area. All the footage will be used for a documentary entitled: Hoop" City" The Roundball of Life (copyrighted 1997 with logo). The documentary will go inside the systems of this old New England City Springfield, Massachusetts , Hoop City, the birthplace of basketball. The unique people who live there and their love of the game. Although the game is loved by all ethnic backgrounds, Springfield is the last stop heading north that has a large African American community it has a lot of history related to the Underground Railroad , the system used to assist enslaved Blacks fleeing the old South . What should a city and region look like culturally, economically, socially and aesthetical dynamics, which is home to the Basketball Hall of Fame. We will seek to compare other Hoop City (NBA) franchise cities.   The documentary will be distributed nationally and hopefully international. Everything is included in the price below.

Outline of Mission Statement/Business Marketing Plan

•  Hoop City   Enterprises was established in 1996 by its founder/owner, Samuel R. Bass and Samuel R. Bass Associates Partners Ltd. of Springfield Massachusetts based on his passionate love of the game of basketball, the aura surrounding the game, the millions of fans worldwide and the unlimited merchandising potential in sports marketing of the worlds most exciting game. Another reason Hoop City Enterprises was formed was to take advantage of the fact that the Naismith Basketball Hall Of Fame is located in Springfield Massachusetts and Springfield is the city where basketball was invented. Although created and founded in Springfield, The Hoop City Family concept was developed to be a brand name just like Nike, Spaldings, Wilson Sports, Phat Pharm, Sean John, Dr. Suess, Disney and any other brand name.

•  Since creating "Hoop City Enterprises"(HCE) Samuel R. Bass & Associates has invested and expended over $1,000,000.00 (one million) in time, money, energy and creative talent into the proprietary copyrighted, and trademarked protected multi-faceted basketball themed enterprise based in Springfield. A book and hopeful movie screenplay is being developed highlighting the dynamics and drama that it took to reach our vision and goal. The drama and unique dynamics of the story, is the fact that I happen to be an independent thinking creative businessman, who happens to be of African/Native American heritage born and raised in Springfield, Massachusetts, a very politically oriented city, not historically receptive to creative, ambitious entrepreneurs, who come from certain ethnic groups are knowledgable, won't quit or be denied. The moral and plot of the story is Determination, Obstacles, Survival, Fear, Faith, Success and Forgiveness after an attempt to deny and circumvent the founders their intellectual property rights and opportunity to succeed beyond the expectation of others.

•  From its inception, Hoop City Enterprises has been designed to bring positive images, benefits, notoriety, employment, exposure and fame to the City of Springfield and other basketball related franchises and entities at the local, state, regional, national and international level. Springfield has the unique status in the world as being "The birthplace of Basketball " although all other NBA teams locations are considered a "Hoop City" and would adopt the family in their own colors .

III .    Equally as important, HCE envisions bringing basketball, initially the Hall of Fame, the city of Springfield and any other basketball related entities, including the NBA, to a new level of positive energy, enthusiasm, excitement, family enjoyment, merchandising revenue, increased visitorship   and tourism to the Hall of Fame, the host city of Springfield other national and international basketball entities, while at the same time, promoting universal good will, family values, and increased popularity for the game of basketball in the United States and every other nation throughout the world.

IV. Hoop City Enterprises revolves around the creation copyrighted/trademarked characters all in the shape of basketballs with human traits, characteristics and personalities, who are all part of the Hoop City Family based in Springfield Massachusetts, however they travel the world promoting a positive image where every they go including schools, colleges, other professional and college leagues. The family members are as follows:

Mr. Hoopsie

Mr. Hoopsie is the father of the family   and a strong father figure and role model for others to look up to and learn from. He has great wisdom and knowledge about basketball and its application   to life which can be shared with others.

Mrs. Swoopsie

Mrs. Swoopsie   is the mother of the family and a female figure and role model who symbolizes the values of motherhood , and the equal ability of women to succeed and lead in life and sports.

Baby Dunk'n

Baby Dunk'n is the baby boy of the family whose main function will be to educate and motivate young children and adults   to the positive aspects of basketball, life and family values through the timeless innocence and potential of all youth on the planet regardless of race, ethnic background, origin etc.

V. Hoop City Enterprises staff created the family to embraced, branded and adopted as the mascot and ambassadors of goodwill, positive image, wholesome entertainment, and merchandising success in the   basketball related industry   just like NIKE ..We love this game!
